We ship our products with PostNL and DHL.
What is the delivery time after placing my order?
We operate under a food waste policy. This means we produce as much as possible on demand to minimize waste. On Mondays, we start our production process for the new week. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. However, not every product is available from our production process every day. Therefore, it may sometimes take an extra day for us to complete your order. In most cases, we ship your order within two business days.
I wasn't home when the delivery was made. What now?
If you were unable to collect your package, it will be delivered to the nearest service point. You will receive an email notifying you of this.
If your package is returned because you didn't pick it up or weren't home, we can't refund the amount. We bake the cookies specifically for your order, and they must be discarded when they're returned to us. So, please pay close attention to when your cookies are delivered.
You can always send us a message about the status of your package.
What is the shelf life of the cookies, snaps and sweets?
Our products are packaged airtight. This means they have a shelf life of two weeks after shipping. You can also store the cookies, snaps, and sweets in the freezer. Properly frozen, our products can be kept for up to three months.
What is the shelf life of the spreads?
Spreads have a shelf life of three months. They don't need to be stored in the refrigerator or freezer for that period, but they do need to be kept cool and dry.
How can I track my order online?
You will receive a tracking code by email on the shipping date. Please note:

Can I still cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order after payment. We work on demand, and

How can I reheat the cookies?
Oven : 4-5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Microwave : 20-30 seconds
Airfryer : 4-5 minutes
How can I reheat the cookies after I take them out of the freezer?
Let the cookies thaw slightly first. Then you can reheat them in the oven, microwave, or air fryer, as described above under "How do I reheat the cookies?"
What are the cookie macros?
We have so many different flavors that it's impossible to describe the macros for each individual cookie. Generally, the macros for our cookies are:

Are your cookies suitable for pregnant women?
Absolutely! All ingredients are cooked through and we use pasteurized

Do you have gluten free cookies?
No, due to possible cross-contamination, we do not currently make gluten-free cookies.
I have a nut allergy, can I order?
Allergens are listed under our products on the website. Please note: each product may contain traces of peanuts and/or tree nuts.
