Which carrier do you use to ship?

We ship our products with PostNL and DHL.

What is the delivery time after placing my order?
We operate a food waste policy. This means that we produce as much as possible on demand, so that we have as little waste as possible. On Monday, we start our production process for the new week. We ship orders from Monday to Friday. However, not every product becomes available from our production process daily. So sometimes it may take an extra day before your order is complete. In most cases, we ship your order within two working days.

I wasn't home during the delivery. What now?
If you were unable to receive your package, it will be delivered to the nearest service point, and you will receive an email about this.
If your package is returned because you did not pick it up or because you were not at home, we cannot refund the amount. We bake the cookies specifically for your order, and they must be discarded when returned to us. Therefore, please pay close attention when your cookies are delivered.

You can always send us a message about the status of your package.

What is the shelf life of the cookies, snaps, and sweets?
Our products are packaged with care. As a result, they remain fresh for two weeks after shipping. You can also store the cookies, snaps, and sweets in the freezer. When properly frozen, our products will keep for up to three months.

What is the shelf life of the spreads?
Spreads have a shelf life of three months. They do not need to be stored in the refrigerator or freezer for this, but they must be kept dry and cool.

How can I track my order online?
You will receive a tracking code by email on the shipping date. Please note;
Sometimes this email ends up in your spam folder!

Can I still cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order after payment. We work on-demand, and
we will get to work for you immediately after your order.

How can I warm up the cookies?
Oven : 2 minutes at 200 degrees
Microwave : 10 seconds
Airfryer : 2-3 minutes at 180 degrees

How can I warm up the cookies after I have taken them out of the freezer?
Let the cookies thaw a little first. Then you can warm up the cookies in the oven, microwave, or air fryer, as described above under 'How can I warm up the cookies?'

What are the macros of the cookies?
We have so many different flavors that it is impossible for us to describe the macros for every single cookie. In general, the macros of our cookies are:

Are your cookies suitable for pregnant women?
Absolutely! All ingredients are thoroughly cooked and we use pasteurized
products. Please note: some cookies contain alcohol. We always mention this under the relevant product on the website.

Do you have gluten-free cookies?
No, due to potential cross-contamination, we are currently not making gluten-free cookies.

I have a nut allergy, can I still order?
The allergens are listed under our products on the website. Please note: traces of peanuts and/or nuts may be present in every product.
