We ship everything with DHL.
Why are your delivery times so long?
We work with a zero food waste policy. This means that we make everything on-demand so that we have minimal waste. On Monday we look at how many cookies we can make and get started right away. Then we can send your packages from Tuesday to Friday!
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
Our cookies are packed airtight, so they have a shelf life of two weeks from the date of shipment. You can store the cookies in the freezer for up to 4 months.
What is the shelf life of the brookies and snaps?
These have the same shelf life as the cookies, and can also be frozen.
How can I track my order?
You will receive the tracking code by email on the indicated shipping date. NB;
This may also end up in your spam box.
Can I still cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order after payment. We work on demand, and
with a zero food waste policy.
How can I warm up the cookies?
Oven: 4-5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Microwave: 20-30 seconds
Air fryer: 4-5 minutes
How can I warm up the cookies from the freezer?
Let the cookies thaw a bit first, and then thaw as usual
heating instructions.
What are the macros of the cookies?
Because we have so many different flavors, we have general macros.

Are your cookies suitable for pregnant women?
Of course. Everything we do is well done and we use pasteurized food
Products. NB; Some cookies may contain alcohol. We always mention this under the relevant product on the website.
Do you have gluten-free cookies?
No. Due to possible cross-contamination, we do not currently make gluten-free products
cookies.
I have a nut allergy, can I order?
The allergens are listed under all products on the website. NB; Traces of peanuts and/or tree nuts may be present in any product.
